Supplemental String Instruction Opportunity (Elementary)

Hi Orchestra Family!

We wanted to share with you all an opportunity being offered by the SIUE Suzuki Strings Program that can help bridge the gap for elementary school musicians looking for supplemental instruction while COVID-19 has suspended music ensembles in District 7.

String Bridge is providing virtual instruction for fourth and fifth grade students! Master’s Degree Assistants at SIUE will be teaching virtual groups of 3 or 4 in the Edwardsville String Curriculum with the goal of “bridging the gap” for these students so they are ready when in person string instruction resumes!

Check out the below article from the Intelligencer for more info! Questions and inquiries can be submitted to the Suzuki Program at suzukiprogram@siue.edu.
