2019 Holiday Wreath Sale!

Hi Orchestra Family!

It’s now October, and you know what that means…

The Holidays are just around the corner!

This week, EOB will be sending out flyers via your teachers to order this years gorgeous, all-real holiday decorations. There will be 24″ wreaths, 10′ garlands, 16″ hanging baskets, 24″ swags, and festive centerpieces for sale this year! These holiday decorations last a long time and smell amazing, so make sure to get those order forms in!

Orders are due October 30, and order pick-up will be Wednesday, November 20.

EOB Trivia Night Cancelled! :(

Dear Orchestra Parents,
We are sorry to report that we have to cancel our Trivia Night on October 3.  We do not have enough participation to cover our costs and make the fundraiser a success.  🙁
If you donated an item to the Raffle, we will save it for our Silent Auction at the TTC Concert in the spring unless you would like it returned.
If you donated a table or sponsored a round, we will be contacting you individually.

Trivia Night Registration – We need YOU!

Dear District 7 Orchestra Parents,
Our Trivia Night Fundraiser is fast approaching, and we need your help!  If we don’t have enough tables registered, we will have to cancel the event this year.  If you would like to join us for this family-friendly event, we would love your participation!  It is a fun event, and we have some great raffle prizes (like tickets to see Wicked at the Fox Theater) to give away.  Please register no later than Thursday, September 26!

7pm-10pm (doors open at 6:30pm)

How can I Register?
Registration can be done online at www.orchestraboosters.com (EOB Shop link) or by returning the attached Registration Form to any of the District 7 orchestra teachers with your check.  
Tables of 8 are $100.
If you can’t make the event, you can also sponsor a table for students to play at www.orchestraboosters.com.

How can I help by making a donation?
We will raffle off themed baskets at the event (e.g. Dinner and a Movie Basket, etc…).   
Donations for our raffle baskets are listed our SignUp Genius at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0e4ea9ab2da31-orchestra2 .  Simply sign up for an item and send your donation in to your orchestra teacher by September 27.
